I 've worked at the grocery store for nearly 20 years and I've noticed ppl rush for ice cream when temps plunge!

i need help with making meals that taste great and dont contain sugar or salt because i have put my self on a diet where i have 2 watch my fat and calories and am rather picky with food when i dont tast flavour and also i get bored of the same meals so i need things that will fill me up but still taste great and work for my diet any ideas

I got a new box of swiss cake rolls at the dollar store today. The kids are driving me crazy cause its the holidays and blah blah blah.

Anyways, I asked him, and he said no. He was so snotty about it too. The back of the box SAID I could now have desert any time. Each package gives me 4% of my iron intake, which I need a lot of. I don't see what the big deal is.

One tip I really live by is ALWAYS keep saran wrap in the freezer, it peels off everytime you reach for it and you never have to fight the plastic wrap to unroll it.
Another tip I have is for making ice cubes - Save plastic foam egg cartons. By cutting off the top cover and placing it under the bottom half of the carton, you can completely fill the egg cups without worrying about spillage in the freezer. A slight upward push on the bottom of each cup ensures easy removal of the cubes. These disposable trays can be used two or three times before becoming floppy.

I went to a chili Cook Off. To my shock, any of the entries for the "Best Chili" entry had to be without beans! Beans are the only thing actually GOOD for you in chili! Why would I want chili without beans?

And I noticed most of the people there did a pretty fair imitation of the Goodyear Blimp. Gee, go figure, lousy eating habits = morbid obesity.

this is the problem i was making cookies and i saw on the lable the ingredience in it and it had alcohol and so did the other types of bottles i bought of vanilla extract...is this real alcohol or somthing like that or no alochol in it its just named that or somthing because i dont ever want to tast or even eat somthing wiht it in food or drinks so what kinda alcohol is it?
