This morning it was dark in the kitchen and I just reached into the fridge and grabbed from the bag of bagels. I toasted it up and ate it and it tasted just fine.

Then just now I went back to the fridge, looked inside, and was horrified to notice that ALL of the bagels in the bag are covered with patches of FUZZY GREEN MOLD.

Now I am scared. It has been about four or five hours since I ate the bagel and I feel completely normal. But just the thought of eating that green fuzzy mold makes me want to hurl!!!!

How long does it take for food poisoning to show up? Am I going to get sick? Should I go to the hospital? (It's Sunday afternoon and the doctor office is not open!!)

I had a stomach bug a few days ago. Now I'm pretty healthy. I'm in the mood for something good, maybe from a restaurant, or supermarket, no idea what to get though. I work for a company that transports refrigerated and frozen groceries.The trucks have been neglected and there is no refrigeration for up to four hours after we leave the warehouse,is there laws that protect the consumer against transporting food without proper refrigeration?How can I convince management to repair these broken trucks because everything else has failed ?
