Good for you, being a concerned member of society! YES, customers ARE at risk from unsafe food. Not to mention food quality goes down as food thaws, melts togther, then gets re-frozen in the customer's freezer.

Maybe an anonymous tip to the Health Department of your city. Call from a friends' home or pay phone (in case they have caller ID) and say they need to check out the trucks of ABC Company, that the refrigeration doesn't work. Then play dumb and act surprised when they show up.

Well the temp that is most dangerous for perishable food is between 40 and 140 degrees that is conciderd the danger zone where bacteria can grow and live. so this company should be reported.
