when baking something on a sheet of aluminum foil, which side do they say you should have facing up when you put your food on it?

i don't know what they "say"
but put the food on the shiny side it will stick less
I always throw some butter on there too

So that it wont stick, the sides are made of different consistency and the shinier side is better to cook on. :)
