Literally, it's all I drink unless they have their own filtered water at a restaurant.

I try to limit my intake of bottled water for a couple of reasons. First, the expense. A filter located on your tap at home can give you water as good as some bottled (one brand even states that it's from a public water source) and, over the life of the filter, can really reduce your cost. Fill up a container for the refrigerator and its cold when you're thirsty.
Second, the bottles themselves are a petroleum based product. Bottled water feeds the oil industry further and, if thrown into the landfill instead of being recycled, creates waste that takes a long time to completely degrade. A reusable bottle filled from your filtered tap at home can work just as well. It's just a matter of remembering to fill it up before you leave home.

Yes, I drink a lot of water during the day, and no, no bottle water. All plastic bottles have number on the bottom and as usual it is very low, what means plastic is too soft and some of it gets dissolve in water. So I always carry my own hard bottle of distilled water. And less recycle, more green :-)

I drink at least one bottle during the week and the rest is tap water, which I drink about 5-8 glasses a day.

Yes, either purified or distilled. At least 6 to eight bottles a day. Helps to keep me hydrated, refreshed, cleans out my system and keeps my weight under control.

I am addicted. I crave it every morning when I wake up. My mom use to make me and my little brother drink water all the time when we were little and now we both are still addicted to it.
