and then 3 hours later I go on yahoo.com to find out that the Totino's pizza has been recalled and has E. coli contamination.

I just hope I don't get sick.

I also had the con agra pot pies and now see that Wal Mart doesnt' sell those pot pies anymore.

I'm vegan, so I don't eat anything with milk, but many companies who have dark chocolate lines put milk or butter in them? Why? If someone wants chocolate with milk, why not just have milk chocolate. Plus, the milk completely negates the antioxidants in the chocolate?

Do they think it makes the chocolate taste better?

It goes well with fish. Looks much like an orange, not a lemon or lime. Having trouble figuring out what this is, hard to find in the local supermarkets.

I live in Canada and it seams like there aren’t that many coupons available. Also I don’t care about brand names (except for ketchup it has to be Heinz.. Lol!) . I also like to eat healthy but we aren’t vegetarians so yes we eat meat, dairy, and don’t know how to lower our shopping bill. We want to start a family soon so there will obviously be more expenses with that. So, please help! How can I save money on our grocery bill????
