Sambal Belacan! It's made with red hot chilies pounded with a thumb size chunk of toasted belacan (shrimp paste) and a pinch of salt. We dip cucumber slices and steamed beans into eat. I love hot food but since mother nature determines the chilies internal thermometer ... more often than not your grabbing your glass!

Chinese food - pan fried rice and veggies with chicken. I ate some strips of fried chicken which turned out to be the hottest peppers I ever had. Boy, was I sorry - tears, choking, burning mouth that even ice didn't help for 30 minutes. Painful.
I love spicy food. Mexican and all Asian food are my favorite. But some people are crazy about the kind of hot peppers they use.

Well being a former chef and having worked in Southeast Asia, I have had some fire breathing dishes, in both Thailand and Singapore.
I to like Jerk from Jamaica and worked there to, scotch bonnet peppers are quite hot, and the sauce the Norm was speaking of is called Pick-a-Pepper sauce. But the spiciest thing I have eaten yet is a curry dish in London England called "Phal", it is made with 12-13 peppers and they make you sign a waiver to eat it, it is 10X hotter than any normal curry, vindaloo or tindaloo.

I LOVE spicy food, but not just for the sake of being spicy. It has to taste good too. And I find that most Indian dishes, when cooked at proper heat, wind up sending me for LOTS of water....and tissues when my nose starts to run!

I'm a wimp with spicy food! It doesn't take me much to be downing glass after glass of water! Last week I halfway through my chipotle tacos and my mouth felt like it was on fire. I'm sure to a normal person, it probably wouldn't have been bad at all!

I love to eat and cook spicy food! Not for the heat but for the heat/flavor!
Hottest: My dad's homade habanero hoagie peppers.

There's this dark brown sauce that comes with your order at this Jamaican restaurant near my house. Man, that stuff is SERIOUS. It ain't funny and it's so hot that it doesn't even really have a taste. It immediately burns your tastebuds off and can ruin your entire mood.

A raw cayenne pepper that a co-worker grew in his garden. The 1st few bites had no heat at all, then the flames came.
