Raw cabbage and beans are both very good for you. The dressing you have on the coleslaw and the sugary sauce you get with the beans are not.
There are no good foods or bad foods, just make sure you get a well balanced diet.

It would depend on how they are made. I don't use mayo when I make coleslaw and I use a lot of brown sugar when I make baked beans. The cabbage is not cooked so it probably have more vitamins then baked beans, so for that reason alone coleslaw is probably healthier.

beans have less fat in them because coleslaw is made with mayonnaise. But coleslaw has some raw vegetables in which is good.
Assuming you mean baked beans, neither beans or coleslaw are that good because the sauces are made with processed ingredients - you're better off eating something fresh and natural

Got to be beans. More fibre and less fat from the coleslaw dressing. However the low sugar/salt beans would be best!

In addition to other answers, baked beans are much better 'cos they are covered in tomato sauce( contains leucopine-a powerful anti carcinogenic), and contain much fibre for better digestion.
Mind you a dollop of coleslaw to the side sounds great!

although everybody else has said beans, i am going to have to disagree, coleslaw, is full of healthy stuff, yes it holds mayo, which yes is fattering but beans, are full of salt (over regamended daily) and would then go which fatty foods to a certain degree. so coleslaw it goes with saled and is healthy

I make cole slaw with broccoli slaw mix and light mayo. The broccoli slaw is made with the stems of the broccoli which is VERY healthy, and the healthiest part of the vegetable. I swear... it makes a great cole slaw, and we can't really tell the difference from making with with cabbage, except maybe it's a little better. You're getting some good nutrients with broccoli slaw. I make add grated onion, more grated carrot, a little cider vinegar, sprinkle of sugar, a little milk and the light mayo.
