I have never in my life used buttermilk but I need 2 cups of low-fat buttermilk for a recipe. What section is it in? Is it refrigerated?

This may be a silly question, but I will ask anyway. Why do people put so much time and effort into seasoning turkey skin when most people do not eat the skin anyway - or do they. I don't.

The turkey skin is so thick that the flavor of the seasonings cannot seep through to the actual turkey meat. Maybe it is all about the aroma when cooking the turkey. Maybe it is about presentation.

What do you think and do people actually eat the skin?

While in-flight meals have come a long way, there are still some scary snack options being served up. Airlines have tried to health it up, offering snack packs (many trans-fat-free) with tons of goodies instead of just TV-dinner-style fatty entrees. Unfortunately, the calorie and fat counts on these packs are often, well, sky-high. Here's the lowdown on what's guilt-free at 30,000 feet...

What's meant by TV-dinner-style fatty entrees, sky high, at 30,000 feet?
