Like a creamy sauce with potatoes and clams, but the clams don't taste bad, depending on which brand you buy/use. I love Ivar's Clam Chowder, oh yeah! :)

OMG it's like creamy taste, with mushy potato chunks and tart, chewy clams, so yummy!

It's delicious. However, get a bowl of it in a restaurant or a fish and chips place. The cans at the grocery are nasty.

its creamy, it is chunky! much like the old soups that they used to made during the days of old... its just great!
