I have a load of fruit but I'm going away over the weekend and it'll be spoiled by the time I get back. So I was wondering whether I could make it into smoothies and freeze them?

Just in case it matters, all I put in my smoothies is fruit and some natural yoghurt.

They're on every single bag of potato chips that I've ever seen, and I have no clue what they mean. For some reason I got it in my head that they indicated the different coloured inks on the bag.

I get fast food or eat at resturants almost on a daily basis. especially during lunch. i am wasting too much money. i wanna save up to get a 71 charger or something.

how can i get a good cheap meal? sometime i can get at costco where i buy huge quantities. fast and good in protein.

A friend has passed and the wake is tomorrow evening. The family will be sitting up with the deceased tomorrow night. I feel that I should take some kind of food to the wake but not sure what to make. I would prefer it be something easy to eat--without forks, so finger food I guess. Suggestions? Recipies?

I am allergic to egg whites since I can remember. I could eat the yolk of an egg but never the egg white. However I am confused as to why I am able to eat things like bread, some cakes and pastries that have the use of egg in them. However some cakes and soufflés gives me an allergic reaction. Can anyone relate?
