Consider that their are three protein types so eating mixed foods like tuna, beans, rice, nuts and eggs will give your body all three types.

Try combining the varieties to get the most out of them but also don't forget other factors like the body only absorbs so much proteins and other products can help the body to do this.

Also their are good protein shakes on the market

I have to focus on lots of protein due to digestion problems. The easiest ones for me to throw together are tuna salad type stuff (salads, sandwhiches), eggs (omelettes, egg and cheese sandwhiches, boiled eggs) and good lunch meat with cheese(sandwhiches, roll ups, salads). I also use yogurt, peanut butter and nuts for snacks. Hummus is a great high protein snack too. Chicken and fish are both very high in protein without being full of fat or really heavy like alot of proteins.

Egg whites are almost pure protein. You can make scrambled eggs and so on from egg whites with yolk removed. It's high protein and no cholesterol.
