That limits it.

What about a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk (makes a complete protein)

Have a little. A LITTLE! Just be prepared to work it off tomorrow! The worst thing about losing weight for most people is they feel they have to torture themselves with food they don't like because someone told you it's healthy. You have to have a plan that you can live with for the rest of your life. Eventually you know you're gonna give in to your craving and either blow or quit your diet altogether, so do a pre-emptive strike. Eat what you like. Just stop at 1200 calories a day. Then sweat for 30 40 minutes a day. You'll lose weight, be able eat a little of something you like and get some needed exercise. Just budget an occasional snack into your 1200 a day and remember, the more you exercise the more you can add to your calorie count for the day. Good luck!

Yogurt is a good substitute for ice cream...for chips, I know you said no fruit, but try this: slice an apple very thin and arrange slices on a large plate, then sprinkle with salt...satisfies my urge for a salty crispy snack, it's very yummy. Otherwise, make no-fat microwave popcorn. Take two brown lunch-size bags, put 1/2 cup popcorn kernels in one, then put the other one down over the top of the first one all the way. Set on its side in the microwave, shaking the seeds til they are approximately in the center, then microwave on the normal popcorn setting, or 3 minutes...listen for a pause of a few seconds between pops then take it out. You can add butter if you want, or just salt, or salt substitute, or butter substitute, or whatever you want...much better for you than prepackaged microwave popcorn full of all those chemicals and hydrogenated oil, cheaper too, and tastes perfect.

Make a pizza tortilla. Sounds weird; but tastes pretty good. Use lowfat cheeze, tomato sauce and turkey bacon. It will have alot less fat and carbs than regular pizza, and it actually tastes pretty good (even add some feta cheese, olives, spinach).

Ice cream = frozen yogurt!

Sweats? = snack wells devil food cookies (lowfat, very tasty though)

I love rice cakes and Nutella. It feels really bad but is actually pretty good for you. Or get those light tortilla chips and sprinkle some low fat cheese on them, pop them in the microwave and make nachos with salsa.

A sandwich of some type with tomatoes and lettuce on it.
Do you have any tuna fish, or sliced chicken/turkey/beef/ham, or maybe a fried egg sandwich. How about a grilled cheese.

Peanut butter and jelly are good for you too.
