I don't know if this is what you had in mind, a watermelon... you eat the inside first and you can make watermelon rind pickles which you eat last..
Another one is cream puffs and jelly donuts... suck out the filling first and eat the pastry part last.

Pretty much any melon is eaten inside out. Personally I eat a bowl of pudding from the middle out.

I eat the toppings and cheese of off the pizza before I savor my favorite part, the crust.
I like to eat the bottom bun of my hamburger before I finally really start to munch.
When I eat pie, I eat it upside down and eat the crust first.

a hamburger, sandwich, soup in a bread bowl, an ice cream sandwich, also, a coconut if there is a hole you can drink out of and then break open the outside.
