does flavoured water count as ordinary water?

I was told to drink water to help get rid of hunger pains and I prefer and find it easier to drink peach flavoured water or squash, does this count as one of your 7-8 glasses a day? could i at least have 2 glasses of peach flavoured water and 4 glasses from the tap?

Is it strange how I eat my cereal?

I have cereal every morning... snack on it throughout the day and will sometimes eat it as lunch too. I put jam in it, sprinkles, whipped cream.. and for dessert ... ice cream with cereal! I also love to put lucky charms in my hot chocolate and I cook with cereal all the time! is anyone as obsessed as me?

Now that you're an adult, do you ever think about how cool it is that you can buy whatever foods you want?

Remember begging your mom for this or that at the grocery store?

She would always say no to this or that that I wanted. Now, if I want want some crazy kinda cereal, cinamon rolls, or even an icecream cake -- I can get it!! :)

What food item have you eaten for the longest consecutive number of days? Mine would be pizza for months?

The was a time when I would get those $5 Little Caesars Pizza everyday for at least two months if not three. Other long term dinner iteswould be chili for weeks, and once bacon for a few weeks (1 whole package)

As of now, I've been on a Slurpee binge. I drive over to 7-11 at 5am to get one. Favorite mix is Sour Apple & Cherry. I also found out that if you mix Watermelon & Coke flavors together it makes Pink Bubble Gum flavor...weird but true. Try it sometime.

What is the liquid that is in those blue freezer packs?

I have searched high and low, and cannot find anything. Short of cutting one open, which I'm about to do if someone here can't save me the trouble, what type of liquid is in them?

I assume it has additives (because if it was pure water, they would expand, and probably crack the plastic container it's in)

I assume those additives are food safe.

eliminating soda?

My new years revolution was to get healthy not loose weight but get healthy. so part of that was completely eliminating soda from my diet June being my sixth month ( I wasn't addicted but a frequent drinker) how has eliminating soda changed my health?
