Any kind of finger food for a cocktail party.
Mini anything.....spring rolls, taquitos, bruschetta topped with a great olive tapade, cheese puffs (not cheetos), sweet dates stuffed with goat cheese/or a GOOD blue cheese and wrapped in bacon (WOW......what a great bite), beer steamed prawns, mini crab cakes/balls.
And don't forget caviar......I personally do not like caviar, but alot of people do. The only way I like caviar is on those little water crackers with grated onion, chopped egg and sour cream. Just a dab of each.
Lot's of champaigne.
If it's a party for a game Or just a bunch of friends.........chips and dip, burgers/hotdogs, with all the trimmings......onion, tomato, lettuce mayo and mustard, ketchup, maybe even some crisp bacon, maybe some chili, hot wings, potato salad, cole slaw, lot's of soda and beer.
Shoot.........now I want to have a party!
