Gelatin, the main ingredient, was touted to be an excellent source of protein. The fact is the protein in gelatin is composed of amino acids that our body already makes a lot of. It is good for flexability (joints) just like glucosmine, the same stuff in shark cartilage.

Other than that some companies use real fruit juice in their bears, so you at least get your daily supply of Vitamin C. And now vitamin companies have actually adopted the gummy bear as their new way of making vitamins, instead of the chalky flintstones or bugs bunny ones like us old people had when we were young. As a matter of fact you can even buy gummy bears that just focus on your calcium suppliment. The only thing I haven't tried yet is too see if the gummy vites will give you the runs the same way the chalky flintstones ones do when you eat a bunch thinking they are candy...lol.

Nutritional Value Of Gummy Bears

It depends on what type of gummy bear it is. However, check the nutrition label and see if there's any. Usually, some candies are one of the sources of vitamin C for children and it is best to choose brands that have any nutrition than purely sugar and carbs.

But I don't think gummy bear doesn't have any good source of nutrients- in general.
