Hi hun, Again, i don't want u to be unhealthy but diluted juices do count as fluid, ie water. The darker the colour the more sugar and calories. ie, orange dilute is better for you than ribena or say raspberry or cherry dilute.
Lemon=yellow so thats low cal, Raspberry=Red so more cals and sugars. Orange has lots of vits so I'd say orange.
Still, I'd eat a bit. By some rice cakes or something. They're good. Let me know how ya gettin on. x

of course not, flavored water is not water, is flavored water.
something artificial cannot have exactly the same properties of the natural thing. The best thing to do is to drink 2-3 glass early in the morning when you wake up and your stomach is still empty. It cleans the intestinal track and not only. After a while your body will ask for it and you won't find it so difficult to drink it.

First off, if you're getting hunger PAINS, honey you need to EAT, not drink water, flavoured or otherwise. Anorexia is not sexy.
Secondly, flavoured water is at best, watery juice... but yes, it counts as liquid consumption, technically.
