Is it unhealthy to eat fish everyday like i do? Also, does the pectin in the apples skin bind with mercury and flush it out of systems when we go number 2 or 1?

I am curious about this. Often I buy microwave meals/ ready meals. It seems to me that the food has already been cooked, and I am just reheating them in the microwave. I wonder if push came to shove, would it be ok to eat these meals cold? i.e. without heating them in the microwave or oven. Also, the fact that they've been cooked and I am re-heating them, perhaps it is nutritionally better not to heat them again! I'd be interested if someone really knows the answer to this :)

I want to make a fruit salad ahead of time and I don't want the fruit to get dull or change colour. Is there anything I can add to it to keep it looking fresh a day later.

The date stamp said Feb 01. It's is now Feb 13 but the cream does not smell bad. However, it looks partly congealed in the carton. Does that normally happen with cream? It's organic cream. And it was not opened until today. Should I toss it? Is the date the time by which I should use it or open it (the carton does not say)?

I bought two starfruit which were yellow and I assumed ripe. I ate the first one which was a bit sour and left the second for two weeks during which time it began to go brown and smell very sweet. I've tried eating it and it tasted too ripe. So when is the starfruit/carambola ripe and ready to eat?
