Is it unhealthy to eat fish everyday like i do? Also, does the pectin in the apples skin bind with mercury and flush it out of systems when we go number 2 or 1?

The only bad thing about fish is the amount of mercury it contains. One serving a day shouldn't effect you in any harmful ways though. It's much better to consume fish over red meat on any day. Fish is high in omega, low in fat, high in protein, and great brain food! Hopefully your pasta or rice is whole grain, and make sure your tuna is packed in water not oil. Good job maxing out the processed food!

Fish is very healthy for you. Eskimos have lived for centuries with mainly a fish diet - and have the lowest incidence of cancer and cardiac issues.

The Japanese also have a diet high in fish and fish products and they are just about the healthiest people on the planet - boasting of the world's oldest people. It is not at all uncommon for the Japanese to live to be 100 and beyond - and still do the fishing or gardening!

Fish is the healthy form of (meaty type) protein you can eat.And by "meat", I just mean it isn't a plant.

Fish every day would be healthy as long as you are sticking to the portion control that is recommended. A deck of cards in all dimensions is the recommend per meal.
