plastic wrap is to Saran Wrap what bandage is to Band-Aid. It's a brand, and I personally prefer the brand name of both.

There is no difference between the two. Saran is a brand name for plastic wrap.

Both are plastic wrap. Saran is a brand that was heavily advertised and all plastic wrap tends to be dubbed Saran wrap even when it is the store brand. There is little if any difference between them.

Saran Wrap is just a brand name. If you buy a store brand you actually have a chance of getting "saran wrap" under the store name, otherwise they all work the same way.

Saran wrap works so much better than plastic wrap. Try it--it is worth the cost.

Yes there is SARAN is a name brand of plastic wrap. Just like Reynolds wrap is the same thing as aluminum foil only it is a name brand

Saran Wrap says it clings better than the cheaper plastics do, but it doesn't. And yes, it does cost more. But it comes in several pretty colors to help suck you into buying it! Be strong.

Plastic wrap is stronger then saran wrap.
Example....When I roll up my marijuana buds in saran wrap they look pretty inside and stay fresh.
If I use plastic wrap, my buds dry out....
