I was making breakfast one morning and I cracked open an egg. To my surprise the egg contained two yolks. I opened up another one and it was a double yolk. So curiosity got to me and I ended up opening the whole carton. Every egg of the dozen was a double yolk egg. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

Ice cream is a weakness of mine . . . I'm starting out with a large plate, several spoons, mint chip, cherry chocolate, and rich chocolate ice cream . . . sauce of . . . what ? If many share...it's not too fattening. Pot of mint tea off to the side . . . Taste of cold ice cream dessert, sip of hot mint tea . . . nice. What to add to sundae ?

I'm reading about buying a set of cookware, and i dont get this:

"Cleaning up cast iron can be as simple as wiping it with a paper towel or soft cloth if the skillet has been seasoned correctly. At the other end of the spectrum lies a skillet that requires a lot of elbow grease and time to clean it up. Some people believe it's a good idea to have at least one well-seasoned cast iron skillet waiting in the pantry."

Can someone explain? Thanks!!!

I consume soy milk for the past few months because I've been working out and soy milk have more protein than regular cow milk.
But I heard if you drink soy milk everyday for a few years, you can get prostate cancer. Is that right?
And during this research, I found out that cow milk is not good for you either. Can somebody tell me why?

I used to get these from public school lunch program in Cleveland, Ohio. They were the length of a ice cream sandwich and half the thickness. The sandwich was made with something similar to graham crackers. Most of my fellow classmates did not like them, but I loved them.

Have some … pus with your cookies? If you down a glass of cow’s milk, you will. It may be white, but researchers say that every cupful contains somatic cells, i.e., pus.

The dairy industry knows that there is a problem with pus in milk. Accordingly, it has developed a system known as the “somatic cell count” to measure the amount of pus in milk. The somatic cell count is the standard used to gauge milk quality. The higher the somatic cell count, the more pus in the milk.

Any milk with a somatic cell count of higher than 200 million per liter should not enter the human food supply, according to the dairy industry. Therefore, anyone living in a state where the somatic cell count is higher than 200 million shouldn’t be drinking milk. There’s only one problem—every state but Hawaii is producing milk with pus levels so high that it shouldn’t enter the human food supply! Even the national average, at 322 million, is well above the industry’s limit.
