Real easy, just scoop some ice cream in your blender. Add a little milk blend until smooth. Add a little vanilla, honey, cinnamon, and the banana. Blend until smooth. Careful not to process the banana too long or it will turn too starchy and lose its sweetness.

Per person -

1 banana
2 scoops of ice cream
Half pint of milk
4 tablespoons of Cream
1 tablespoon banana milk shake powder or syrup.

Blend all together in mixer or smoothy maker.
You need the powder or syrup because bananas don't have a lot of flavour when mixed with milk.
