Does anyone else feel that if eating a biscuit with a filling i.e custard cream or similar, that they have to take one half off then eat the cream seperately? or is it just me?

I always eat those quick prep hamburgers and turkey burgers on bread because lack of options when it comes to getting enough carbs, protein, and fat in my diet. It is getting tiresome, any ideas? I don't have much time to cook and eating is basiclly getting by, whatever I get cook up in a few minutes to get back to what I was doing before.

I take my instant oatmeal and make in micro according to directions, but then add enough milk after its cooked to make it drinkable...the put it in my mug and have breakfast. Is my family the only one who does this?
