Absolutely, it is actually just the cocoa butter rising to the surface of the chocolate. It usually happens after the chocolate has been refrigerated or frozen.

Yes, it's fine to eat! It's just a chemical reaction that happen's with chocolate over time, wether it's been refridgerated or not. It happen's with my baker's chocolate & that never see's the inside of a fridge! If ur more comfortable with it, just scrape it off & eat the rest!.........ENJOY!!!>>ZETA

sure ... just means its older. but nothing bad will happen to u. just doesnt taste as good as fresh chocolate
