Depends on how the bacon is cooked. Crisp bacon over sausage, but if the bacon is soggy and not cooked well then sausage. Damn I need some eggs and toast now.

It depends what it is to be eaten with, I would prefer bacon if it is well cooked and not soggy and fatty, but if I was going to have a curry I would take the sausage every time, curried bacon does not have the same appeal.

It depends how and where you are going to put it in a plate, plain sausage is ok especially if its filled with cheese or vegetablew but bacon haw a better taste and you can put it almost in every food

sausage. With the bacon you don't get much into your mouth. Also don't like chewing on fat, so I have to separate it from the meat. In the sausage, though also fatty, the fat is usually distributed so you cannot see (depending on the sausage, of course...)
