What is cheese made of? someone says milk that is left for ages, and another person says its full of animal fat?

Can I eat meat that I have refrozen?

I have heard that you cannot eat refrozen meats. I made sloppy joes, froze the leftovers, defrosted them to make a snack one day, then refroze the rest. Can I defrost the meat again and eat it?
