What smells better: cigarettes, cigars or pipes?

And, please, just answer the question. Not interested in anti-smokers rants/raves.

It's a toss-up between cigars and pipes.

Some cigars have a GREAT aroma about them. Some pipe tobaccos have a GREAT aroma about them.

Some cigars smell like wet horse hair. Some pipe tobaccos smell like wet horse hair.

I haven't EVER smelled a cigarette that had even an okay aroma. They all seem to smell nasty.

A cigarette would smell worse. If your smoking a premium cigar, that should make the house smell good. But if you really want to have a nice room note in the house, smoke a pipe with some fine aromatic pipe tobacco. I smoke a pipe in the house, but actually smoke cigars outside. Of course that is to keep the wife happy, so when you have a happy wife, you are happy if you know what I mean.

Well I smoke Cigarettes and they stink!!! Have you ever smelled someone right after they smoke a cig and come inside ewwww cigars I think they stink much worse but a pipe well they smell great if you have a good tabacco in it like spotsilvainia yummm

Personally, I like pipe smoke. Way mellower than cigar smoke, which to me is disgusting.
But the smells of pipe tobaccos like Captain Black Gold, Dunhill Elizabethan, or Balkan Sobranie are wonderful.

pipes! It's more of a smooth mellow smell, not potent & smoky strong like cigars - and cigarettes yuck! Don't you think wet ciggy smell is the worse smell in the world?! Well, maybe not as bad as wet dog smell.

pipes and pipe tobacco by far have a much better much more aromatic smell than cigars or cigarettes
