of course thats standard rules ....
no sauce
toast not bread
medium thickness unsmoked back bacon
medium sliced hovis white bread wiith crust
no butter
no gloves allowed or any device allowing a slight grip advantage such as string or cellotape
arms of the component must be held straight out in front of them at 90 degrees to the torso as to eliminate and bodily support to the butty
no anti gravity devices allowed
each butty must be in contact with the hand as not to allow stacking of butties
butties must not be held together with any implement such as a skewer or cocktail stick
baccon must be cooked under the eye of an independant adudicator and the weight and fat content verifed.
the contestant must have a body mass index of above 30 be classed as obese

I knew a guy once that used to eat bacon and fat back sammies with mayo and butter... Swear to gawd!
