To make ice cubes meat.....
Dice up some beef steak and cook it in beef broth until it is done.
Fill up the ice cube trays. When the ice is set, you can pop out beef ice to use in soup. Add half a dozen per service and a cup of water, a dash of powdered beef bouillon, some frozen stir fry vegetables and some alphabet soup pasta and you have a really delicious soup for one.
I froze my chicken broth in an ice cube tray and forgot about it. When my sis needed ice for her ankle, she used CHICKEN BROTH and didn't even know it.
