To be more specific I mean ways to dispose it in the United Kingdom.

After cooking I collect it in a jar. I have no idea what to do with it once the jar is full.

It's not just veg oil, but also fats and other oils.

How do dairy products derived from goats taste when compared to cow's milk? I don't think I've ever had goat milk or cheese.

I am trying to eat more healthy.
and my first step is to start eating breakfast.
but when i wake up i am not hungry for anything, so i dont know what to make.
and i dont know what to buy at the grocery store because i dont know what to make. besides cereal, eggs, pancakes.

Im just trying to give myself more choices for breakfast.

So what do you usually eat for breakfast??

I'm eating a packet of Jelly Tots right now and I'm taking out all the blackcurrant flavoured ones because they taste revolting.

I'm a bit of an anorak for going round Tesco reading the food labels but it does drive me mad that after all the fuss that's been made about healthy eating and obesity, so many foods (cereals are a case in point) that boast of their healthy attributes and are targeted at children contain bucketloads of sugar. You want an obese corpulent child? just let it have any of the popular cereal brands for breakfast!

I just got back from my bank where they have a self serve, Starbucks branded coffee machine that allows you to select 1.) Size of cup (Gallon, Carafe, Tall, Small) 2.) Type of Coffee (regular, etc.) and then you hit the start button and it grinds and brews a cup of coffee for you that tastes EXACTLY like the drip brew coffee at a real Starbucks. I am looking into what the name of this machine is, and where I can get one.
