That would be on highway 45 near Rome in Italy.
A trucker was driving along this busy road when he was overtaken by an even larger truck.
The driver waved his fist at the big truck and shouted "You no Pasta me" and started to chase him.

I think it originated in China. I believe Marco Polo brought it back to Europe from his trip to Asia.
