try drinking some Carnation instant breakfast since you normally dont eat. It will make your body get used to filling your tummy in the mornings. Oatmeal is good sticks with you for a while, and is healthy for you. A toaster strudle, a boiled egg, start small, then in time you will start getting hunger pangs in the a.m. desiring to eat.

I sometime's eat a Yogurt Cereal Bar and a Kellog's Cereal bar with a glass of Diet V-8, or Milk, other morning's I love the new "Weight Control" Cinnamon flavored oatmeal by Quaker, made with water in the microwave, with the same drink's as above. Try a bagel with cream cheese, there are so many new flavors of cream cheese that you wont have a hard time picking a favorite, also they have a few different flavors of bagels. I too am trying to watch the weight, I know it's hard, I'm also not hungry in the morning, but you can also take along those cereal/snack bar's and eat them for lunch too, hope these ideas help, good luck.

Breakfast burritos are a good thing. You can make them ahead of time and heat them in the microwave. Also they are portable so you can eat them later when you are finally hungry.
I scramble some eggs and heat up some flour tortillas in microwave (this is so they will be soft and roll) then I put the scrambled eggs, some cheese and if I'm feeling like it, I add some green chilis from a can and maybe some kind of meat, like ham, sausage or bacon. Depends on what I have on hand. You can make several and put them in plastic bags in your fridge to use all week. Just heat on up and take it with you.

I alternate between a bowl of oatmeal and blueberry yogurt (the Breyers' Pro-biotic is the best brand in my opinion) in the mornings ( i don't have much of an appetite when I first wake up)... then I either take an apple or a banana with me whether I'm going to work, or to class to have as a midmorning snack... this keeps me full until lunch, and also I will eat less lunch. And increase intake of water!! If u try this then you can probably eat what you want for dinner, so long as you're getting the proper amount of excercise. ~ GOOD LUCK ~

Mmm, I love breakfast. If I have the time I go all out. Eggs, omelets, crepes, pancakes, french toast, fruits, yogurt, home fried potatoes, toast, jam, cheese, juice, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, bagels, danish, croissants, burritos, muffins, smoked salmon, baked beans, breakfast is so full of possibilities!!! Anything goes!
If you want to start with something easy but different, try toast with jam and a slice of cheese, along with a glass of orange juice. Try it with different kinds of jam, different cheeses. My favorite is brie and raspberry jam on 12 grain toast.
And if you bought eggs, and are getting tired of eating that, make an omelet, put anything you want in it, cheese, veggies, meat, whatever you like! Then if you've still got eggs left, and maybe you're getting tired of toast and cheese, then use the rest of the bread and a couple eggs (with a splash of milk added to thin it out a little) to make french toast.
Eating breakfast is so good for you, hope this helps a little!

Special K (Fruit and Yogurt kind)
Fat free Milk
A small piece of fruit (ie. apple, banana, pear)

Ever since I started eating breakfast I have lost weight and feel more energized throughout the day.

Things like pancakes, muffins, etc can be high in fat in sugar so try to stay away from those. Choose cereal that has 150 calories or less per serving. And always stick to the serving size!

You should start reading labels. Look at sodium, sugar, carbs, fat, and calories. Compare and contrast brands. It has really helped me out in the long run.

I wish I could eat breakfest more, but I get up at 5am everyday for school and work so the only thing i can handle until about 8 is juice, orange or apple.

Later in the morning, around 8 or 9, I eat dry ceral, fruit, or some toast w/jelly.

I'm always in a hurry in the mornings so I don't have time to cook.I get a wholegrain blueberry flavored bagel(there are a lot of different flavors of whole grain bagels at the grocery store) and spread some cream cheese on it and grab a banana and get in the car and leave.I eat on the way to wherever I have to go without making a mess in my car.

I like to have a healthy muffin and some juice. One that is filling to me is a bagel with some peanut butter. I get some protein early in the morning. It tends to stick with me longer than cereal, and its quick and portable. I always have juice though. Got to start on the fruits early in the day.
