We buy fresh fruit as often as possible. However, when I place them in the fridge, they lose their taste. I don't want to leave them on the counter because they could get old fast, but am afraid to put them into the fridge. Our fridge doesn't have a crisper. I have to put them on the shelf. Also, a lot of the fruit pretty much turns to ice even at the lowest setting on the fridge. How can I keep the fruit tasting wonderful without going bad or turning to ice?
