that is all true but isn't it time that a burger containing beef is labeled a beefburger?
a burger containing ham is a hamburger?
regardless of where it was allegedly invented. however the romans had these burgers milleniums before they were recreated in germny or any where else.
so call a food item by what ingrediants it contains.
i've always hated the hot dog as a name for a food item it is off putting despite a good hotdog containing a quality suasuge and a good bread roll is not bad as a snack.

McDonalds Hamburgers are made with beef? I always thought it was palped-up cardboard with rat intestines and a beef stock cube added for "flavour"
