Beer, Wine & Spirits - December 2007

I am doing a secret santa at my workplace and found out that the person I have LOVES Red Wine. So, I was going to get a bottle.

Unfortunately for me, I have never drank Red Wine. What is good that is impressive?? I think the limit is like $20 to $30. The person I have is also a manager in another department...

Any suggestions??

its 23:20 now and im after drinking 3 cans of cider and i have 4 to go.there 4.5% voulume.

i usually add sweet and low (nd thats all) b.c it makes it REALLY sweet but im out nd ive tried adding normal sugar but i just cant get it sweet enough without adding way to much. what can i add to my tea to make it really sweet? (also without adding a lot of calories)

Even on a Saturday night you are lucky to get a half hour extension. Im not talking about binge drinking teenagers falling out of pubs, but middle aged people who like to meet friends and have a few beers, if you work late in the evening you have no chance to go anywhere, or you go out and are just getting cosy and you have to leave.

When im drunk and ive had quite alot i always shake really bad when im in bed. And i mean proper shaking like when you outside in the freezing cold in a swimsuit. ut thi is when im in a nice warm bed. Is this really bad????

P.S Im 17, female and i dont drink that often maybe once every 2 weeks.

I have to take breath tests because of a DUI I got - I have been sober for over a month and a half. When I did my test tonight it came out positive at .17, I am freaking out - the only thing that I had that could have given any kind of reading was Nyquil I took before I laid down this afternoon. There is just no way! This is very serious for me I could have my daughter removed and I am not going to have that happen over a false reading what can I do!!??
