"One fifth" is 750 milileters, 25.6 ounces or 1/5 of a gallon. Depending on the status or brand of the vodka, the price can range dramatically.

*Note*: The term "one fifth" is NOT 1/5 of a quart like BQ said, nor is it 1/5 of a liter like Caveman said.
