When im drunk and ive had quite alot i always shake really bad when im in bed. And i mean proper shaking like when you outside in the freezing cold in a swimsuit. ut thi is when im in a nice warm bed. Is this really bad????

P.S Im 17, female and i dont drink that often maybe once every 2 weeks.

Alcohol affects your central nervous system. It also dehydrates you. Either one of these could be the cause of the shaking. Don't drink so much, it's not good for you to drink to the point that your body is doing weird things like shaking. You could go into a coma or something. Alcohol poisening is very serious. Take care.

im laying 50-1 that if its happening after a good fair pints...for your body/size/age ratio...that its alocoholic poisoning and it can happen when binge-drinking...if your still lucid enough to notice stop then sit down and enjoy the buzz while drinking water or juice..

it may be because you are dehydrated, alcohol dehydrates your body. Drink a glass of water before you go to bed

1. your to young to be drinking
2. maybe your over drinking
3. make sure you eat before you drink
4. stop drinking until you are old enough
