Of all the beers of the world, it seems that no restaurant ever has Corona on tap. It doesn't seem to be Mexican beers that are not on tap because some places have Tecate on tap. Is it the manufacturer's or brewer's decision not to have their beer on tap? If so, why would they decide not to have their beer on tap? It seems like it would make sense to provide it on tap since beer usually tases better. Could someone help me out?

To me, I believe that the Germans re-invented beer. It tastes better than some of the stuff I've tried (domestic beers taste awful with the exception of Samuel Adams, Michelob, and Karl Strauss...a local brewery here in San Diego). And they stick with the 1513 purity law which has been going on for almost 500 years now.

Do any of you feel the same way about German beer? Just curious.

I am sucky at opening wine bottles and yet again, had to push the cork into the wine. So there were bits of cork in our wine. Is it dangerous to drink cork? Will I die?

Tell me about the worst experience you have had while you were drunk. Can be scary, sad or just plain wtf :)
P.S. If you don't drink, please don't give us a lecture on why alcohol is bad for you.

The drink I had and dont know the name of it contained gin, a lime chunk and ice in a high ball glass that was about 4 inches high. The bartender said something about there being 3 squirts of something in the drink.
