I need a good way to schedule wait and bar staff for the whole day. Any ideas? We open at 11 and close at 1a

How many people do you have to work with and how much business are you expecting keep in mind that you can have some of your staff work split shifts if neccessary even if you have to give them a few hours break during a slow period. be more specific about what you have to work with and you might get better answers thats the best I can do based on the info good luck

Minimal help from 11a to about 4p, then full staffing from 5 pm on.
