Depending on my mood, I really enjoy mixed drinks and traditional margaritas are one of my favorites.
Alcohol really isn't a 'single sex' thing.
It's about what you enjoy, and margaritas taste good.
Unless, of course, you are struggling so much with your own sexuality that something as harmless as a drink can make you feel uncomfortable...then I guess maybe you would want to tell everyone how mixed drinks are 'gay or girly' and you don't like them, thereby inferring that you are NOT gay or girly.
Me, I have nothing to prove and am secure enough that I can enjoy all manner of spirits, mixers, wines, and beer.
Alcohol doesn't make you 'girly', your actions do.

I'm a guy, and I like margaritas. So, I don't think it's a girly drink.

Margaritas like all mixed drinks definitely come under the category of girly drinks. Unless it's black or amber, any colour is unacceptable in a true man's drink.
Putting water in your scotch is borderline. Alcohol should taste like alcohol. Fruity alcohol is a bit too fruity.

I do not of a few guys that will drink shots of Tequila or drink out of the bottle.. but I don't know any guy that likes mixed drinks with Tequila in it.. Tequila tends to be a girly alcohol it seems. Plus "Tequila makes her clothes fall off..." :P

A girly drink but can be masculinized with the appropriate tequila.
Way beyond girly if frozen, colored and fruit flavored.

I like margaritas if they got a good tequila like zircon azul or something that is 100% agave

yeah a little girly, I prefer a straight shot of tequila chased with lime juice.
