Can you freeze tubes of refrigerated biscuits? Can you freeze butter?

The butter, I'm going to use it pretty quick, but I'm going to buy a lot of it and won't have room to keep it all in my fridge. The biscuits, I like to have on hand, but again, my fridge is small and the local grocery store has a 10/$10 sale.

Making sugar cookies today and need a recipe for frosting them! Not too much of the sugar taste, but something that would "harden" and look and taste good!

does a glass of milk has the same ammount of carbohidrates than an Apple Martini?

my doctor told me tha milk and alcohol breaks down to carbohidrates. which has more carbohidrates?
is it the same to drink a glass of milk than to drink shot of jack daniels carbohidrates wise?. i guess the amount of carbohidrates will be calculated by the volume of alcohol. does anyone know the proces or formula to do this calculation and /or how does it works?
