I have one, and I like to use it for a shrimp platter with seafood sauce. I works great for raw veggies too!

Your question just gave me another idea for an appetizer for Christmas!! I bought one of those dipping sets one year and had it for Christmas, but I totally forgot about it. I bought a good french bread and tore it in pieces and had a couple of different types of oils to dip the bread in. Everybody loved it. Thanks so much for asking this. I was sort of stuck at what else to make for my dinner. Merry Christmas!

dipping bread.

Make a spice mixture of Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes & garlic. Put oil and spice to taste in dish and dip a good crusty bread (I prefer french). you'll be sure to fill up before dinner is served. :-)
