So our fridge died last night and my brother and I are home alone for a week because my parents are on vacation. They are in another country and we can't call them becuase the cell phones don't work over there and so they use payphones to call us. So my brother and I discovered today that the freezer/ fridge wasn't working so we took everything from the freezer and put it in the chest freezer downstaires. Now, we don't know what can be frozen from the fridge, like milk, eggs, condiments, stuff. PLEASE help if you know what we should put in the chest freezer!! We don't know what should be frozen or not! Please help us if you know what to do! Thanks!

i've baked them in the oven for 15 minutes that seemed to work out. boiling them for 5 minutes shrinks the meat in my opinion. any help will be appreciated.

I'm Polish and a lot of my home recipes involve coating meats with flour or using flour and egg to bind ingredients together. My sweetheart, as it happens, is allergic to wheat of any kind. Are there any flours I can use that have similar taste and texture to wheat?

Even more complicated, what mixture of flours and ingredients can I use to bake bread for someone who is allergic to wheat that would taste similar, have more or less the same texture, and the same soft, spongy structure?

Sugars in white grape juice accelerated atherosclerosis. Pomegranate juice slowed it down or reversed it some. Does this mean juices with white grape juice a poor choice as a drink, especially for heart patients ?
