Boil some rotini.
Cook the chicken.
Lightly steam some broccoli and cauliflower.
Drain the rotini.

Add some ranch or caesar dressing, bacon bits and chili pepper flakes to the rotini. Add the steamed vegetables. Add the chicken. Add a bit of milk to thicken. Stir. Do not overcook.

Serve with parmesan cheese on the side.

Why not make some breaded chicken? Just get some breadcrumbs and egg and you can make it! All you have to do, is coat the chicken in egg (once you have beat the egg), roll it in the breadcrumbs and then cook it. You can fry it or bake it in the oven. It goes great with lots of stuff.

You could make some barbecued chicken, do a stir fry, or even just have plain chicken with a little seasoning, and something like chutney on the side.

Stir-Fry chicken... pick up one of those frozen stir fry kits from the frozen food section, cook up some white rice. Heat up some sesame oil on the wok throw your chicken in it with some freshly diced onions until browned then follow your stir fry instructions. If it doesn't come with a sauce packet, use soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper to season it. Season to taste.

If you have some Tandoori powder, sprinkle some over to cover and marinate for at least 10 mins then either skewer and grill/fry/barbeque or stir fry for 10 mins. Or try a mixture of herbs and spices ie garlic powder, chicken stock, paprika chilli and chinese 5 spice, or chicken seasoning or barbeque seasoning and cook as above.

I wouldn't suggest giving it to the dog raw as there could be bacteria or salmonella, the same reason people don't eat raw chicken. However if you cook it up (no seasoning! seasoning's terrible for dogs) there is no reason you can't feed it to your dog. P.S. there are books on how to create a healthy raw diet for your dog, perhaps research some of that?

Stir fry is a simple dish: carrot, ginger, a little oil, snow peas, peppers, shallots other good vegies.

Shish Kabobs are nice too. Cook on the grill with onion and green peppers.

Mix whatever vegetables and spices you have with them. You can make a real russian stroganoff with just mix sour cream and tomatoe paste. Serve over rice. The rice I brown half of it in butter first then mix with the other half and cook as normal

Easy you take the chicken and slow cook them in a crock pot in water after they've been cooked evenly. chop them up more and then add bbq sauce(Jack Daniels if you have that kind) then serve with hamburger buns and presto a bbq sandwhich. throw in a baked potatoe and you have a 5 star dinner!!!!

Its the best sandwhich ever!
