First never put grease down the sink, garbage disposel or toilet. As for your toilet, even if you got it unplugged, you will likely have more problems if you do not get some drain cleaner for toilets and use it down the toilet. That grease can stick for every down there and keep causing you problems.
If your deep fat fryer uses oil, not grease, then let it cool off. Keep an old 2 Leter cola bottle or old milk container when you use what's in them up. Then when the oil is completely cool, using a liquid funnel and if you don't have one, you can get a set of three a any dollar store. Use a liquid funnel. Have someone hold the funnel steady in the bottle, then slowly poor all the grease into that bottle. Put the lid on it and throw it out in the normal trash. If you use grease or shortening in your deep fat fryer, then let it cool completely and just use a store type bag you get your groceries in, put it all into that, tie it shut and throw it out into the trash. If you heard you can't throw oil into the garbage, they are talking about motor oil, not food type oil.
Keep some old can's on hand even for cooking, when you cook bacon or any other food that has oil or shortening left over after, just put it into a can to cool, then put the can into a sack and throw it out in the trash. Any FAT put into any drain, is eventually going to cause you problems. Even when people say to just run hot water and it will go down. It will go down if it's liquid, but it still sticks to the sides of pipes and over time, your drains plog up. It's in the top three reasons that pumbers are called to unplug a drain. That and people treating a drain like it's a garbage disposel and putting all kinds of food down the drain, instead of catching it in the drain guard and throwing it out.

Never pour large amounts of oil/grease in any drain/toilet. Pour into a large coffee can or other can, seal and dispose in the trash. To clean the deep fryer, there is no need to use soap. Scape as much grease out as possible, then wipe with dry paper towels until clean (You could use a whole roll, depending on how large your fryer is and how much you scraped/drained out.
