The base of Sangria is wine, about the best you can do is go with some type of juice as your base such as grape, white grape, cranberry, etc...etc....mix it with Ginger Ale or just Club Soda and any cut up fruit you want.

Here is a recipe I found

I N G R E D I E N T S
1 Orange, sliced
1 apple, sliced
6 Maraschino cherries, with their stems
1 quart Grape Juice
3 tablespoons of sugar
3/4 quart soda water
Ice cubes

Stir all ingredients together in a large jar. Serve in small cups garnished with the orange and apple slices and a cherry. You may also mix all the ingredients in a punch bowl and float the fruit on top. Ladle into glasses.

Sangria is usually made with a low cost table Burgundy which can easily be traded for equal amounts white and dark grape juice to equal 1 gallon and then add 1quart pineapple juice, 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup lime juice stir - ice well and add fruit like pineapple slices, orange, lemon and lime wheels all items can be combined in a punch bowl for quick service. If you like it to sparkle just omit the lemon and lime juice and add Sprite. Good Luck!
