likeee 3 bowls of healthy cereals & all natural granola. w/ water.
2 things of non fat yogurt.
lots of whole wheat ritz crackers.
a grape fruit.
an apple.
1 tabelspoon of natural peanut butter.

i have been craving cereals and things with grains.. i can't stop eating them =[ will i gain weight from all of this?!

a) to get all that you want when shopping and to que at the checkout or

Having a BBQ next weekend and have all the usual items of food but am stuck for side dishes. Salad invariably gets left as does rice or noodles ...... any easy suggestions on what to serve with BBQ food as a way of an accompianment ??

People you have invited over (a) come too early (b) hover in the kitchen over your shoulder 'offering to help' (c) just start taking over even though you have everything under control (d) all of the above???
It's just that when I invite people over for dinner I don't expect them to 'work', just enjoy the evening and allow themselves to be 'spoilt'.

Hi, i need a recommendation to buy a gas grill,i never bought a gas grill before. i'm thinking a grill that can :

1) give me a good heat eveness,to cook a good steak, so maybe something that can sear meat better too, like stainless steel or cast-iron or procelein-coated cast-iron?? what is the different between these 3 type of cooking surface? which one sear meat better and easier clean up?

2) some area for keeping the food warm.

3) thermostat on the lid so i can know the temp inside the grill.

4) Side burner

5) preferable with electric ignition. not very important.

as i'm new to gas grill, i would like to know more about lava rock or wood, i think i read it somewhere people put lava rock or wood in the gas grill to give extra flavour, so how to do that? can i do that on any type of gas grill or only on certain models that allow this?

my husband doesn't like to use propane, we are thinking to use natural gas from the house.

I also had no hangover. Mind you, I was eating also and I drank them in a two hour period, so it was not like I was chugging them. But I am bit worried because I did not get laced and this morning I had no hangover.
