This is not a question but I thought someone might apreciate the recipie. Its very good, I thought it up but im sure someone else out there has tried it too. This is very good served with steak.

Wash potatos, and poke holes in them with knife.
Microwave your potatos until done, cut them in half length wise
poke holes in the meat of the potato with fork, and then butter it, be generous, season the buttered side with:
season salt
garlic powder,
pepper,
and dried itallian sesoning,

heat up your gas grill when your steaks are almost done put potatos on seasoned side down, and cook untill as crispy as you like them. They are so very good and so so simple and a good alternitive to a baked potato for steak etc.
Try them you will never eat a baked potato again lol!!! Good Luck and Enjoy!

Okay I went on to foodnetwork.com and they didn't have any baklava recipes that didn't use phyllo dough! come on! I'm sure the people who originally made baklava in europe didn't have "frozen pastry" dough in the freezer section of their local grocers. :p

Am I the only one that just abhors the trend of more and more finer wineries (including it seems almost all from New Zealand now) bottling with screw corks? Not that I recommend going back to risking tainted corks, but artificial corks first introduced about 2 decades ago were just fine whilst preserving the romance of opening the bottle.

I bought a couple of ribeyes a couple of weeks ago, and I'm hungry. But I'm also not sure they're good. Would I be able to tell by looking at them or smelling them?

Just a question that occured to me. What's one of your favorite things to cook and why? I love making spaghetti. The simple way I do it is ground beef, tomato sauce, garlic oregano and pasta, but you can add mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, onions, peppers and more to the sauce. What are your favorites to make?
