USDA marks package to sell by 3 or 4 days after packaged. If sealed they should still be good for a week. After that you should freeze them before they start to smell bad. If they don't smell bad after a week, they are probably still good. That's where you get the phrase aged beef from.

There should be a "use by" date on the label, but a couple of weeks in the fridge is probably way too long. I know they "age" steaks for weeks, but probably under certain conditions. When in doubt throw it out. You should have put them in the freezer.

Good question. Have you ever heard of aged beef? It's probably brown by now, but if it smells bad chuck it out. Better yet, cook it up and feed it to your dog. IF you do decide to cook it, make sure it is wellllll done!

2 or 3 days if the fridge is cold enough . i would eat the ones you got but i would not eat them rare.

about a week ,open ,it it is sealed maybe longer,
and blue is not bad
i famous restaurant i knew kept fillet untill it went blue
before cooking it
and the people loved it

if they are frozen just thaw them out in the refrigerator 24 hrs before eating if they are unfrozen throw them away.
